1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

SyncLead offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our B2B Sales Engagement Platform, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  • Contact us at contact@synclead.io within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • Include your account email address and reason for the refund request.
  • We will process your refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Eligibility

The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to:

  • New subscriptions only: The guarantee applies to the first subscription purchase on your account.
  • All plans: Starter, Professional, and Scale plans are all eligible.

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Subscription renewals (second month and beyond).
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades after the initial 14-day period.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your SyncLead subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting contact@synclead.io. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in the current billing period.
  • Cancellations are effective immediately — no further charges will be made after the current cycle ends.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days following the end of your subscription, after which it may be permanently deleted.

4. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • The 14-day money-back guarantee still applies from the date of initial purchase.
  • After the 14-day period, cancellations will take effect at the end of the annual billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds are issued for annual plans cancelled mid-term.
  • If you wish to discuss special circumstances regarding an annual plan cancellation, please contact us at contact@synclead.io.

5. Refund Processing

  • All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor, to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment (USD).

6. Exceptions and Disputes

If you believe you are entitled to a refund that falls outside the standard 14-day window, please contact us at contact@synclead.io with a detailed explanation. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and strive to reach a fair resolution.

For billing disputes, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
